The most critical step in the implementation of LGL is a close evaluation of your organization’s data and specific LGL requirements.
- NPSS will review your data and create an inventory of all your data.
- NPSS will facilitate kickoff call(s) with your team to: 1) Discuss and map your legacy data; 2) Setup integration with PayPal or Stripe, if applicable; 3) Setup integration with MailChimp or Constant Contact, if included in project scope; 4) Setup integration with QuickBooks, if included in project scope; 5) Receive a copy of up 2 donor acknowledgement letters to be set up in LGL; 6) Determine fields needed for your LGL form, if applicable

DATA CONVERSION & IMPORTING
Our data team is quick and meticulous in formatting and importing your data.
- NPSS will export all your data out of the legacy system, if included in project scope
- NPSS will format your data:
- Names Addressee/Salutations
- Create Groups Create Custom Fields, if applicable
- Create Campaigns, Funds and/or Appeals
- Create Events (if included in project scope)
- NPSS will import all agreed upon formatted data into LGL
- NPSS will test your data to insure it was imported correctly
LGL SET-UP & INTEGRATIONS

- NPSS will create Groups & Communication Tags to match your data.
- NPSS will create any custom fields.
- NPSS will create Lists (up to 5 lists).
- NPSS will create thank you letter template(s) (up to 2).

- NPSS will create a thank you email confirmation so that you won't need to take the extra step and mail donors an acknowledgement letter.
