Our LGL Implementation Process

A proven process for getting you up and running in LGL

Prior to kickoff call, NPSS will:

  • Request access to your data and review your organization's data 
  • Create a detailed inventory of your legacy data

Prior to the kickoff call, Client will:

  • Complete the LGL module, LGL Record Types
  • Complete the LGL module, Constituent Records 
  • Complete the LGL module, LGL Fundraising Structure 
  • Schedule kickoff call

In the Kickoff call, we will:

  • Map your legacy data 
  • Setup integration with PayPal or Stripe, if applicable 
  • Setup integration with MailChimp or Constant Contact, if applicable 
  • Setup integration with QuickBooks, if applicable
  • Client provide copy of 1 donor acknowledgement letter to be set up in LGL
  • Determine fields for 1 LGL form, if applicable

During Data Conversion & the LGL Set-Up, Client will:

  • Complete the LGL module, Constituent Related Activity 
  • Complete the LGL module, Gifts & Acknowledgement Letters  
  • Complete the LGL module, Lists & Reports  
  • Complete the LGL module, Home Dashboard  
  • Complete the LGL module, LGL Settings

Immediately after the Kickoff call, NPSS will get to work on Data Conversion & LGL Set-Up:

  • Exporting all your data out of the legacy system (if applicable) 
  • Formatting & mapping your data
  • Setting up LGL Settings, Groups, any custom fields, & 1 LGL donation form
  • Importing the formatted data into LGL
  • Testing data to insure it was imported correctly

Go Live!

  • Client will view the data in their new LGL system 
  • Client will schedule 4 hours of live client coaching  
  • Use this time to ask YOUR questions and you’ll be ready to master LGL  
  • Client will receive a copy of the live client coaching   
  • Note: Coaching must be scheduled within 30 days of your data being completely imported into LGL
